SERVICES WE OFFER
Zinc Plating :
Zinc plating deposits a layer of zinc onto a metal to prevent corrosion. After plating, trivalent chrome passivation is applied for enhanced protection and various color finishes. Blue/clear offers basic protection, yellow/gold provides good corrosion resistance, green is less common (specific applications), and black delivers excellent corrosion resistance with a sleek appearance. These colors are achieved through different chemical solutions in the passivation process.
Zinc Alloy finishing :
Zinc alloy plating, like zinc plating, deposits a protective layer but uses a mixture of zinc with other metals for enhanced properties, often superior corrosion resistance. The alloy composition can also slightly influence the final color shade.
TCP on Alluminum :
Trivalent Chromium Pretreatment (TCP) for aluminum is a hexavalent chromium-free conversion coating applied to aluminum surfaces before painting or other finishes. It enhances corrosion resistance and improves adhesion. The resulting thin, clear coating provides a protective barrier.
Manganese Phosphate:
Similar to zinc plating and passivation, manganese phosphate aims to enhance corrosion resistance and provide surface protection. It's a chemical conversion of the base metal surface. However, it also offers excellent wear resistance and lubricity. It typically results in a dark gray to black matte finish.
Stainless Steel passivation :
Stainless Steel passivation is a post-fabrication chemical treatment that enhances the natural corrosion resistance of stainless steel. This process allows the chromium present in the stainless steel to form a thin, stable, and protective chromium oxide layer on the surface. This passive layer makes the stainless steel less reactive and significantly more resistant to rust and corrosion.
